It's the website of this guy from back home named John Maher. I don't really know John very well, but I've grown up seeing him around town and he's always been very cordial and nice. One thing I do know about him is that he is an absolute monster when it comes to all things gnarly. He surfs like a madman and saves people lifeguarding like I chew gum (I chew gum all the time!).
So check out his website, it's got pretty cool reviews of stuff. I know John rides for a few companies he talks about (so some of the reviews might be a little bit biased) but I always like to read what he thinks about binoculars, earplugs, sun screen, etc. It's pretty easy for anybody to act big time on the internet but I know John Maher is the real deal and is probably more hard on gear (and depends on it more) than almost anybody else.
